§ 7.3. Recordation, authentication and attestation.

Every ordinance or resolution, except an ordinance adopting a revision and codification of the ordinances of the city, upon its final passage, shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose, and shall be authenticated by the signature of the mayor and attested by the city clerk.
