§ 14.2. Authority to issue revenue bonds.

The city is authorized to issue revenue bonds under and pursuant to the provisions of General Statutes, section 159-45 through General Statutes, section 159-182, to pay all or any part of the cost of any acquisition, construction, improvement, enlargement, extension of equipment of any property or properties pursuant to section 14.1.
